Robot Jox Concept

I'm currently in the midst of redesigning a couple of sci-fi movie vehicles I particularly like, and here's a sketch of one of them. It's a redesign of Achilles' mech from Robot Jox. This is a rough re-working of a doodle from last year and part of a bunch of ideas I'll put up eventually. I just rather like this one.

Week 3 Character Class HW: Roughs for New Project

This is the first wave of work for a group project in the class about a circus troop that doubles as burglars at night using the wild skills they have. So far, the world is inspired by Art Deco and may have magic involved, although I didn't focus on magic this week. The following are sketches and rough thumbnails of my character, who will be a daredevil.

Also, I just found out there isn't class today.... So Happy Birthday, President Washington, and Happy President's Day!! I guess I'll be posting more roughs for an expanded Week 3 this week....

Batmobile Concept

It's been waaaaaaay too long since I've been doing vehicle designs, so here's a Batmobile I designed today.... I really could keep working on it, but I had to just say enough was enough... and go to bed.... Maybe more on it later.... Or a different one.... Had a lot of fun! It feels good to take a break from my quest to learn character design and do what I love designing most (sci-fi and fantasy vehicles in case you didn't notice).

As you may have noticed, there aren't many characters on this blog.... Having been trained for Product Design, characters and people have been a weak point of my skillset, yet an interest.
